GRAND FORKS WINS DRINKING WATER TASTE TEST

The 79th Annual Water and Pollution Control Conference was held in Fargo, ND this week. In conjunction with the conference, The American Water Works Association (AWWA) sponsors their annual drinking water taste test in which North Dakota cities may enter samples of their drinking water to be judged in a blind taste test by conference attendees. Cities participating in the taste test included: Bismarck, Mandan, Grand Forks, Fargo, Valley City, Williston, Wahpeton, and Minot. The winner of this year’s taste test was the City of Grand Forks.
