Kenneth Ruby was presented with the AWWA Gold Water Drop Award from the American Water Works Association (AWWA). The Gold Water Drop Award is given to recognize members who have provided valuable service and support for AWWA programs and goals through their long standing Association membership. Eligibility for the award requires that the individual be a member in good standing who has maintained active membership for 50 years.

Mr. Ruby worked for the Oskalossa Water Department in Oskalossa, IA and served as Director of Utilities in Fargo, ND. Mr. Ruby has served as an AWWA Trustee, Section Vice Chairman, Section Chairman, and Section Director.
