| Randy Loeslie, System Manager of Grand Forks-Traill Rural Water, received the Life Membership Award from the American Water Works Association (AWWA). This award recognizes individuals who have been a member of AWWA for 30 years. Mr. Loeslie is a former recipient of the North Dakota Department of Health’s Operator of the Year Award in 1997 and was the President of the North Dakota Water and Pollution Control Conference in 2000. |
